Freight model

Pneucons ships Freight Extra (Godown Delivery). Freight is not bundled into product prices — same-city orders ship at a flat ₹100; all other domestic shipments travel To-Pay, so you pay the carrier the actual freight on delivery. This keeps listed prices honest for bulk industrial buying.

Dispatch timelines

Each listing states its dispatch window (typically 1–3 business days for stocked items; made-to-order items state their production lead time). The seller confirms dispatch with the carrier AWB, which is emailed to you and tracked from your account.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the godown / gate address on the order. Count and check packages against the packing list before signing the carrier receipt — note any visible damage on the POD copy.

International orders

Export orders ship from India by sea or air freight at actuals, arranged after payment clears, or through your own nominated forwarder. Customs duties and destination charges are payable by the buyer at actuals. A commercial invoice is issued in place of a GST invoice.
